Q3: Why can't I log in to the Mobile APP?

A3: Inability to log in to the Mobile APP is generally caused by 【account cancellation】 or 【store migration】.

1. First, check if you can log in to 【Guest Experience】 or 【Sub-Account】 normally?

2. Then, try logging in on the PC to see if it works normally?

If you can log in on the computer, but cannot select a marketplace after logging in, this situation is caused by not having a default marketplace displayed. You can set a default display marketplace under 【Authorization & Sync】 - 【Store Authorization】 to restore to normal.


Q4: How do I switch accounts in the Mobile APP?

A4: Enter the official account, click "Store Data" in the lower left corner, select "Open Mobile APP", and after entering, click "My" in the lower right corner to switch accounts for viewing.
